Another fantastic cheese from the Arrigoni family who run Sergio Arrigoni, Nobile di Capra is a washed rind goat's milk cheese. Fruity, yeasty and yet delicate, this soft cheese pairs beautifully with a medium-bodied red wine and pairs similarly to Taleggio, a similar cheese from the same region.
