Rich in butterfat with a thin, edible, pillowy white rind, this triple crème melts on the tongue with long flavors of fresh cream and light white mushroom. Made smaller than its famous cousin Brillat Savarin but from the same region of Champagne, the Cremeux des Citeaux is just as decadent and delicious, just smaller, weighing in at 200 grams per piece. This cheese comes natural or with a slash of black truffle through the middle for the hedonist in all of us.
