Cow, Goat and Sheep
Though traditionally made in France, Alta Langa has taken on this classic with an Italian twist. Made from cow, sheep and goat’s milk, the flavors are richer and more buttery than the French version. The same molds are used however, giving this cheese the classic white mushroomy taste.
