Fattoria della Piana is a cooperative company comprised of farmers only from Calabria. The company collects and processes milk daily from farms located in the Aspromonte Region, on Mount Poro, on the plains of the Giao Tauro and in the Crotone area. Using centuries-old cheese making recipes and the modern technology of new factories, their artisanal cheeses are always of the highest quality. The Monte Poro is a younger table cheese ideal for antipasto or for adding substance to your favorite sandwich or baked dish.
