Fantasia di Caprini are delicate morsels of goat cheese packed 6 to a wooden tray. Each round is dusted with a different natural coloring, wrapped in a chestnut leaf and tied with raffia. Fresca Italia is featuring our favorite combinations of visual appeal and taste, the trendy turmeric which mimics the flavors of a golden latte, and the spinach variety which adds to and complements the fresh and grassy notes of the cheese. Both are truly eye catching in the cheese case.
